Box Score Centerville, MICH – GRCC's women's basketball team improved to 9-5 overall with a 81-44 road win over Glen Oaks Community College bringing their conference record to an even 2-2.  With the loss, Glen Oaks falls to 1-11 with no wins thus far in conference play.

Sophomore Makayla Beld recorded her 8^th double-double of the season finishing the night with 20 points, 11 rebounds and 2 blocks.  Claire Flewelling and Brooklyn Barnes each added 10 points.  Flewelling led the team in steals with 4. Mya Jordan and Ashley Bowen each added 8 rebounds.  Hallee Breimayer led the team in assists with 8.

Sirena Pitts and Gabrielle Russell led the Vikings combining for 23 points.  Chyna McMillian led the team in rebounds with 7.

The Raiders out rebounded the Vikings 57-34 and recorded 17 total steals as all but one Raider recorded one before the game's end. 

The Raiders host Lake Michigan College this Wednesday at 5:30PM.  Lake Michigan's Red Hawks are 1-1 in MCCAA play this season and 10-3 overall ranked 6^th in the West.  The Raiders, now in 4^th, trail 4-0 Mid-Michigan, 3-1 Muskegon and 2-1 Ancilla in the league.
