The Muskegon Jayhawks overpower Raiders at home, 60-32 on Friday night

Box Score
Grand Rapids, MI. -- The Grand Rapids Community College women's basketball team fell to the Muskegon Jayhawks Friday night at home 60-32.

"We had too many turnovers, said head coach Dave Glazier." We have to execute when we have the ball. There are times we get impatient."

Makayla Beld finished with nine points and a game high 11 rebounds. Allazae Lloyd added eight points and 5 rebounds.

"The kids do a lot of good things well, said Glazier. Delaney King had one of her best games tonight. She just keeps maturing. Beld and Emily Pendred are constantly battling inside. It's a group of all freshman, and we have to find that second wave for the season."

The Raiders' next game is Wednesday, February 8 at Lansing Community College at 5:30 pm.
