Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 Kalamazoo, MICH – GRCC's women's basketball team improves to 3-1 after picking up a pair of wins this weekend at the Kalamazoo Showcase against Schoolcraft and Delta Colleges.

Leading the way for the Raiders in their 75-47 victory was sophomore Makayla Beld who finished the night shooting 13-of-18 for 26 points while adding 14 rebounds, 4 blocks and 3 steals.  Quaonna Draper scored 11points for the Raiders adding 7 rebounds.  Mya Jordan finished with 9 rebounds and 7 points.

Megan Sandiha led the Ocelots in scoring with 17 points.  C'Erra Maholmes' 11 rebounds were their team's high number.  Both finished the game adding three blocks for a team total of 6.
Against Delta the Raiders again witnessed Beld lead the team in scoring as she finished with 21 points while adding 12 rebounds.  Beld racked up a team-high 6 blocks and 6 assists against the Pioneers.  Hallee Breimayer and Mya Jordan also reached double-digit scoring totals with Breimayer finishing with 15 points and 8 rebounds.  Jordan scored 14 adding 11 rebounds while leading the team in steals with 4.

GRCC's women will resume play on the 21^st when they host Calvin JV at the Ford Fieldhouse at 5:30PM.
