Box Score Lansing, Mich – With a 3-1 win over Lansing Community College, GRCC's #13 nationally ranked volleyball team improves to 2-0 in conference play and takes the #1 spot in the MCCAA West ahead of Kellogg and Muskegon Community Colleges who also hold undefeated 1-0 records.

Glen Oaks evened out their season with a 3-0 win over KVCC.  Ancilla College remains untested thus far in 2017.

Kendra DeJonge led the Raiders in kills last night with 15 followed by Hannah Stearns with 12.  Kayla Salyer had quite a night with a 7 kill, 7 block finish.  Peyton Helsen finished the night with 25 digs while Lauren Helsen's 15 was the team's second highest total categorically.

The Raiders head south for a 6:30PM match against 0-1 Kalamazoo Valley next Tuesday and will have a few nights off before heading into the 20^th annual Owens Express Tournament starting on September 1^st.
