Raiders look for win #5 at Iowa Central

Grand Rapids, MI-- The Raiders pack up to head to Fort Dodge, Iowa tonight where they'll take on Iowa Central Community College. GRCC is heading into the contest with a perfect 4-0 record, and a complete massacre against Ellsworth Community College last Saturday. Now ranked #8 in the nation, the Raiders are eager to advance even further in the NJCAA rankings.

The Raiders will rely heavily on the strength of their offensive line, who have been nearly perfect this season. Throughout four contests the team has averaged over 58 points per game, with 73 of them coming in a landslide victory against Ellsworth Community College last week.

According to Center Justin Glover "We set the tone for how the game will be played, and right now we're really clicking. We're making a statement. We aren't just playing sluggish teams, we have more than enough talent to compete at this level." "We're doing our job as a unit, we're communicating very well." added teammate Devonte Jones.

The Iowa Central Tritons have been playing well as a unit recently also. The team has a 2-1 record through 3 contests this season, with their sole loss coming to the College of Dupage by a single TD. The team earned a victory against conference member Harper College last Saturday, and should prove to be a challenge for the powerhouse Raiders.
