In the fall of 2024, Coach Mike joined the women's basketball program with 15 years experience of coaching basketball. Seven of his stints came at the collegiate level Including, most recently, Kuyper College, He also coach at Oakland City (Ind.) University, Muskegon Community College and Roosevelt (Ill.) University.
Mike has also worked with the Indiana Pacers coaching youth camps around the state of Indiana as well as AAU gyms such as Indiana Elite, Spiece Indy Gym Rats and 5 Star AAU. His passion and energy can be seen on the sidelines but developing talent and seeing young people grow is his absolute favorite! Not new to the Michigan area, Coach Janikowski is excited to continue to build up the GRCC program. “I’m ready to go, GRCC has had success in recent years and I’m excited to work with Coach Dave to make sure that continues."
