Albert pitched for the Raiders in 2005 and 2006.
At GRCC, Albert helped her team to a 25-22 overall record in '05 and 35-21 record in '06. In her freshman year, the Raiders went 20-8 (3rd) in the conference, took 3rd at regionals, and went an impressive 13-1 at home. In her sophomore year, the Raiders finished 2nd in the conference with a 22-6 record and finished 4th in regionals.
In 2008 Kristine got a bachelors degree in Advertising at Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan. From there, she traveled south to Indiana-Purdue University in Indianapolis and earned a masters in Elementary Education.
Albert prepped at Greenville High School and received numerous achievements. In 3 years of Varsity Basketball she received the Most Dedicated Award and Best Defensive Award. In 4 years on the Varsity Dance Team she earned the Most Dedicated Award and Team MVP, while her team placed 17th at nationals. In 4 years of Varsity Softball she was named Team MVP, Most Dedicated Award (2 years), 1st Team All-Conference Pitcher, 2nd Team All-Conference 1st Base, and she helped her team to it's first winning record since 1996. Albert also won the Gatorade Will to Win Athlete and was a Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete.... Academically, she earned the MEAP Scholarship Award, was on Honor Roll, and was a Bronze Chord Recipient.
