Coach Paula Maloley has been the Head Coach of the Raider Softball team for the past 28 years (1986-present), and she was the assistant softball coach to Steve Kemperman for three years (1983-1986) prior to becoming the head coach. In her tenure as the head Maloley has an overall career record of 703-646 and an overall conference record of 405-251 with 4 conference titles and 2 regional titles.

Before coming back to GRCC, Maloley was the head coach of the Ottawa Hills varsity softball team. Maloley finished her collegiate career at Calvin College earning a B.A. in Education and then earned her Master’s Degree in Athletic Administration from Michigan State University.
