Grandville L. Brown spent two season ('90-'91, '91-'92) at the helm of Grand Rapids Junior College's basketball program.  His previous coaching experience included a six year stint as assistant at GRJC, two years JV coach at Grand Rapids Central High School and a very successful eight year head coach at Grand Rapids Ottawa Hills High School.

Brown joined the faculty staff at GRJC in 1972 mostly teaching in the technology division.
