2020 Cross Country Roster
Biography
Sophomore (2020):
- Won first race of the season by almost 30 seconds with a time of 20:46 at the Skippers Invite on Sept. 4th, helping team to the team title.
- Won second race, Sept. 26th at the Jets Classic, by nearly 30 seconds again with a time of 21:33, also helping team to the team title.
Freshman (2019):
- Helped team to a 3rd Place Conference Finish, 4th Place in Regionals, and National Championship Appearance
- Ran a 26:58 5K in first ever collegiate race on Sept. 7th at the Calvin Knight Invitational
- Ran 7 total races, setting a new PR at nearly every race, finishing off with a 20:19 at Nationals on Nov. 9th
- Medalist at MCCAA Championship, finishing 6th
- All-Region / All-MCCAA / All-Freshman Team
- Academic All-American, MCCAA All-Academic, Conference All-Academic
- Team was named to the NJCAA Academic Team of the Year list after posting a 3.32 GPA (which was the highest GPA of any GRCC sport)
Prep (at F.H. Eastern High School):
- Four-time letter winner in cross country and track & field (Division 4)
- 5K PR of 19:14 in 2017 at Otsego
- All-State in 4x800 meter relay (2017 & 2015)
- State Champion in 4x800 meter relay (2016)
- All-State in 3200 meter (2016)
