Parking
Spectator parking is available in two parking ramps on campus to the south (off Ransom) Lot A and west (off Bostwick) of the Fieldhouse Lot B, as well as at the parking meters on the street. Handicap parking is available in both ramps which have catwalk access to the facility. Rates for parking at the meters vary by the location of the meter. Metered parking is frequently patrolled and parking tickets are issued by the City of Grand Rapids for allowing a meter to expire. Street parking is free after 7:00 PM daily, and free on weekends.

Bus Parking
Because GRCC's campus is located in a busy downtown area, bus parking must be arranged prior to arriving at the Ford Fieldhouse. Please call the Ford Fieldhouse (616-234-3883) with information about the size of your vehicle and the duration of your parking needs. Please provide us at least one week's notice prior to your arrival to make arrangements for your bus parking.
Tickets
Tickets can be purchased on the day of the game at Fieldhouse. All GRCC students and staff are admitted to home contests for free with a valid Raider Card.
Restrooms
Restrooms at the Gerald R. Ford Fieldhouse are located on both the balcony and lower level of the arena.
Elevators
The entrance with elevator access is located on the west side of the main entrance off Lyon St. NE. When walking in the lower level of the Fieldhouse, the elevator will be accessible directly across from the Raiders Strength & Conditioning Center.
Concessions
Concessions are available to guests and are located on the main arena level of the Fieldhouse.
Programs
At most GRCC home games and events, GRCC will provide the rosters for both the home and visiting teams.
ATM
The nearest ATM machine to the Fieldhouse is located next to GRCC's Police station one block west of the Fieldhouse across Bostwick Street.
Lost and Found
All lost items will be delivered to the campus police following every event.
First Aid & AEDs
First Aid and AEDs are located in every building on GRCC's campus. Trained staff are available to attend to your medical needs.
Police
GRCC's Police Department provides security for all events on campus. In case of an emergency, call 616-234-4911.
