2020 Cross Country Roster
Biography
Sophomore (2020):
- In first meet of season, Sept. 4 at the Skippers Invite, ran a 22:12 finishing 10th and helping team to the team title.
- Ran a 23:09 finishing 14th, Sept. 26 at the Jets Classic, also helping team to the team title.
Freshman (2019):
- Helped team to a 3rd Place Conference Finish, 4th Place in Regionals, and National Championship Appearance
- Ran a 25:11 5K in first ever collegiate race on Sept. 7th at the Calvin Knight Invitational
- Ran in seven total races, setting her personal record of 20:24 at the Lansing Invite on Oct. 4th... 4:47 faster than her first race
- Was top runner on the team through first five races (placing 6th and 8th place in two of them) and fought through an injury to still run a 21:02 at Regionals and 21:37 in Nationals.
- Team was named to the NJCAA Academic Team of the Year list after posting a 3.32 GPA (which was the highest GPA of any GRCC sport)
Prep (at Cedar Springs High School):
- 4 year Varsity Cross Country and Track Runner
- State Qualifier in 2017
