Grand Rapids, Mich. -- Six Players score in double figures as the conference leading Raiders take care of the Jackson Jets for the second time this season, 83-74. The Raiders, winners of four in a row, improve to 15-5 overall and 8-1 in the league. Jackson who had won two in a row coming into Wednesday's game drop to 6-13 and 5-5 in the conference.
Both teams struggled from the field in the opening 20 minutes. The Raiders shot 28% while the Jets shot 38%, but there was only 12 turnovers between both teams. One of those turnovers turned into a three point basket for Jackson just before time expired giving them a 34-33 half time lead.
Jalen Martin (20 points-6 assists-5 rebounds) connected on another one of his four triples to give his team a 39-35 lead just 50 seconds into the half, but the Raiders responded on a 10-1 run. Martin tied the ball game for the fifth time of the night at 45 a piece, but the Jets couldn't regain the lead the rest of the game.

D'Avery Moore (East Kentwood '18) (10 points-5 rebounds), who had his first career double-double against Ancilla on Monday, scored a bucket with 2:33 left to make it a 12 point game. The Jet's climbed back to make it a four point game with 1:20 to go, but the Raiders responded with back to back three's by
Sammie Ryans (East Kentwood '15) and Moore, quickly making it a double digit lead again.
The Raiders shot 62% in the second half and were 6 of 8 from behind the arc. For the game they made 10 of 20 from deep range, making it the fifth time in a row they hit 10 or more three's and 13th time all season they have achieved that feat.

Camren Spicer (East Kentwood '16) each scored 16 points. Spicer added a game high six assists and Ryans had four three point baskets.
Ike Kanu (Forest Hills Central '15) had his 12th double-double of the year with 12 points and 12 rebounds.
Diego Robinson (Everett '17) added 11 points and eight rebounds.
The Raiders will try to make it three wins in five days as they play host to Muskegon Community College Friday night. The Jayhawks suffered a tough loss to Ancilla College on Wednesday and will come in to the game with a 10-10 overall record and 5-6 in the conference.
