Box Score 2 Grand Rapids, Mich – GRCC's softball team split their double header with Jackson College taking a 0-8 loss then earning the 5-1 win. The Raiders now hold a 3-15 conference record while 4-22 overall for 7
th place in the MCCAA Western Conference. Jackson is now 9-9 in conference play and 5
th in the west.
The Raiders recorded 9 hits as a team but failed to score a run while leaving 8 runners on base as Jackson's Mikala McGeorge earned a win for the Jets striking out 7 batters.

Casey Evans each finished the game batting 2-of-3.
Manion took her fifth loss of the season on the mound allowing 11 hits, 8 runs—all earned—with 2 walks and 2 strikeouts. The Jets recorded 5 doubles and one triple in their 8-0 win.
In the second game Arica Vasquez earned her first win as a starter pitching 7 innings allowing 6 hits, no earned runs with 3 walks.
Savannah Sullivan took the loss giving up 11 hits, 5 runs—4 earned—with no walks and three strikeouts.
Hannah Tanis hit 2-for-3 with 2 RBI.
Alexis Grondman went 2-for-3 with 1 RBI and 1 runs scored.
Allyssa Zamarripa went 1-for-3 with 1 RBI and one run scored. Arica Vasquez hit 2-of-4 scoring two runs.
The Raiders will be on the road for three straight double headers starting on Friday, April 21
st as they visit the 9-13 Lake Michigan College Red Hawks at 3PM.
