The Grand Rapids Community College Men's Basketball team is set to play Lansing Community College at Lansing on Wednesday, February 8 at 7:30 pm.
 
GRCC's Jeffrey Drake-Todd is putting up 19.2 points per game, 4.4 assists, and 2.5 steals. Arthur Pearson is averaging 19.1 points per game, 4.2 assists, 5.4 rebounds, and 3.1 steals. Darron Ewing Jr. is chipping in 10.3 pointer per game and pulling down 8.5 rebounds.
 
GRCC is 12-9 overall and 6-4 in conference. The raiders are averaging 72.6 points per game and are shooting 40.7 field.
 
Lansing Community College Stars are currently ranked 14th in the nation for NJCAA Division II. The Stars are 16-4 overall and 9-1 in conference play. LCC recently lost their first conference game on Friday, February 3rd on the road at Jackson College, 84-80. However, LCC is 11-0 at home.
 
LCC is ranked 7th in the nation in points per game at 94 ppg.The Stars are ranked 11th in field goal percentage at 49 percent per game and 36 percent from the three point line.
 
Five LCC players average double digit scoring. Don Quall Jackson averages 11.2 ppg and 6.6 assists. Colin Jones averages 14.1 ppg, Claude Finley with 10.8 ppg, and Jaquaries Furlow who is the leading scorer with 18.9 ppg and 7.2 rebounds. Isaiah Green is averaging a double-double with 17.8 ppg and 12.3 rebounds.
 
In GRCC's previous matchup with LCC, GRCC lost a close one 82-78 back in January. The Raiders are on a two game winning streak and enter the game with a lot of confidence.
