Grand Rapids, MI -- The Grand Rapids Community College men's basketball team defeated Lake Michigan College on Friday, Jan. 13, 87-72. They improved their overall record to 7-8 and conference record to 2-3.

Statistically, the team played well with Sophomore Guard Jeffrey Drake-Todd leading the team in points with 30, followed by guards Freshman Guard Zachary Pangborn and Sophomore Arthur Pearson who both finished with 11. In assists, Drake-Todd led the way with nine and Pearson finished second on the team with four. For rebounds, Drake-Todd led the way with 14 and Freshman Guard Corey Jones finished with 10.
