Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 Cleveland, OH – GRCC softball head coach Jenni Bourbina picks up her first win as a head coach after splitting a double-header with Lakeland Community College 2-3 and 5-4. 

The win leaves the Raiders with a 1-7 overall record with conference play commencing on March 20^th.

Michaela Kulak (Cedar Springs) (1-3) earned the win pitching 5 innings allowing 5 hits, 4 earned runs and 5 walks with one strikeout. Kaitlynn Enders (Buchanan) earned her first save of the season pitching two innings while allowing 1 hit and no runs with two strikeouts.

Jessi Ramos (Rockford, MI) led her team at the plate going 2-of-3 with one walk, two doubles, two RBI and one run scored.  Kylee Marckini (Grand Rapids, MI) was 1-for-1 with two walks.  Chelsey Zylstra (Kentwood, MI) went 2-for-3 with one walk and one run scored.

GRCC hosts Lansing Community College's Stars on Friday March 20^th at 3PM for a double header.  The Stars are 2-9 overall in 2015 and have lost two straight since earning their second win of the season over Darton State on March 13^th.
