Grand Rapids, Mich – GRCC's basketball teams hit the road for Delta College in University Center, MI to face the Pioneers.  GRCC's women bring with them a 0-2 overall record with losses from both Mid-Michigan and St. Clair County Community College while the men start their game at 1-0 after defeating Mid-Michigan.

Delta's women are off to a 1-0 start after offing Mid-Michigan 86-76.  Delta's men start the game at 2-1 after falling to NJCAA DIII's #1 Rock Valley 60-100 but rebounded with wins over Mid-Michigan and Rochester College.

Delta's men are led in scoring by freshman guards Benjamin Batts and Markel Bradshaw.  Batts has logged an impressive 17.3 ppg while Bradshaw has added 15.3 of his own.  DeMarkus Stuckey led the Raiders in the lone game scoring 30 points with 14 rebounds in 37 minutes of play.

Despite being 0-2 thus far, GRCC's women have posted some impressive figures.  Four Raiders scored double-digit figures against the Skippers as Kristen Schubring scored 19, Sara Karamol and Jayla Branch scored 15 each and Andrea Straw scored 11.
