Grand Rapids, Mich. – On Monday, November 10^th the 2014 NJCAA National Division II Volleyball Championship's sixteen seeds were announced. The Lady Raiders were given the #9 seed and will play the #8 seeded Bears of Des Moines Area Community College on Thursday, November 20th at 1:00pm MST.  If GRCC wins they will face the #1 overall seed, Parkland (IL). Earlier this season the Raiders played Parkland in a very competitive match that saw the Raiders win the first two sets (25-17) and (26-24), only to lose the final three sets (25-16), (25-10) and (15-13).

GRCC will travel to Phoenix, Arizona this weekend in preparation for the National Tournament which takes place November 20th-22nd. Last year the Raiders finished 6th after winning the National Championship in 2012.
