Jackson, Mich -- Grand Rapids Community College's #11 ranked Raider volleyball team left Jackson Community College with a hard fought 3-2 win which marked their 30th consecutive conference win and 7th straight over Jackson Community College.

With the win GRCC is now 4-0 overall and 14-3 overall in 2013.

Emily Johnson and Micaela Deshetsky led the Raiders in kills with 19 and 12, respectively.  Six of Johnson's kills were delivered in the 5th set.

Abbie Gortsema led the Raiders in blocks with 6 while adding 6 kills.  Amanda Glaza's 18 digs was the team high on the night.

GRCC faces Hope College's JV Flying Dutchman tonight at 9PM at Van Noord Arena in Holland, Michigan.
