Box Score Grand Rapids, MI -- GRCC's men's basketball team is back over .500 follow last nights win over Olivet College's Comet baksetball team 86-59.  The win leaves GRCC at 3-2 on the year and in fourth in the MCCAA West behind KVCC and Ancilla, both undefeated, and Glen Oaks, who has one loss on the season.

The Raiders were led in scoring by freshman Deontae Hudson who finished with 16 points in 21 minutes.  Hudson added a team high 8 rebounds in addtion to 2 blocks.

Fellow freshman Darrin Nesby and Kevin Badger each finished with 13 points.  Nesby racked up his in only 13 minutes while also delivering 5 rebounds one 1 assist and 1 steal.  Badger led GRCC in assists with 5 and snagged 6 rebounds to help GRCC pick up the win.

Every member of GRCC's team made an appearance and a bucket to help the Raiders get back on track.

Leading the Comets were starters Tyshen Middleton and Alex Harning who combined for 29 points, 13 rebounds, 8 blocks and 5 steals.

The Raiders host Alma College JV on Friday November 30th at GRCC's Ford Feildhouse at 7:30PM.
