Garrett Branch started the 2011 Golf season in great fashion winning the Ancilla Invite in the team`s first tournament of the year.  Garrett shot a 73 and tied with one other golfer and then won the tournament in a sudden death playoff.  Garrett is the returning Western Conference Player of the Year and was a four time All-State athlete while in high school.  He has already signed a letter of intent for next year with Ashford College in Iowa.  Coach Vanden Beldt is looking for a great season from Garrett and the rest of the 2011 Golf Team.
