Sam Traver, a freshman right handed pitcher, enters the Student-Athlete Spotlight after a solid 2-2 start to the year leading his team with a 3.67 ERA after 27 innings on the mound allowing 29 hits and 14 runs with 30 strikeouts --20 from this past week-- 11 earned runs and 12 walks.  Traver has made 3 appearances on top of his starts recording one save against Sinclair on 3/19.
