Regan Cross is in the Student-Athlete spotlight this week.  Regan's 10 point, 3.5 rebound, 2 steal and 1 assist averages consistently put her team in a winning position.  Her intensity and work ethic set the bar for her teammates both in practice and on game day.  While she may not lead her teammates categorically in any one category, her presence on the floor is a variable that the Raiders count on to win.
