Kurt Sprague, a 5-10 sophopmore from Byron Center, MI, enters the student-athlete spotlight after leading his team to a first place finish at this year's Grand Rapids Invitational at Egypt Valley Golf Course. Sprague and sophomore Zach Bialik finished with 74s tied for first individually forcing a sudden death playoff. Sprague birdied the hole to take first place.
