Rachel spent three years as part of the Raider Softball Program.  In her first year she was a student manager and in 2006 and 2007 she played ball.  She also played volleyball at GRCC in the fall of 2004.

During the 2006 and 2007 campaigns her team finished with 67 wins including a remarkable 24-6 at home.  The Raiders also finished 2nd in the conference both years and finished 3rd in regionals during her sophomore year.

After GRCC, Fix headed to Rochester College in the east side of the state, along with Raider teammates Janna Little, Cora Miller, and Ashleigh Inman.  Fix finished up her Sports Management degree in 2010.

Prep: At Comstock Park, Rachel excelled at both volleyball and softball.  In softball she made All-Conference (2 times) / All-District / 1st team All-Area / Senior All-Star.  In volleyball she made All-Conference....Academically she received the MEAP Scholarship Award.

-Other Info: Besides volleyball and softball Rachel likes skating, dancing, eating out, going to the movies, sleeping, and "kickin' it" with her "peoples." During the senior Jon Bos softball games in Grand Rapids she hit a home run to help her team win the game.
